Service Description

A high-level session where we move slow to learn fast. We focus on reading hitters, defensive positioning, and court awareness by stopping rallies to analyze setter tendencies and attacking angles. Athletes will identify their reactions, make real-time adjustments, and develop a deep understanding of the game beyond just physical play.
